We are seeking a certified QBS Safety-Care Trainer to facilitate an in-person training program for our clinical team in Hawaii. This is a short-term, project-based opportunity ideal for an experienced trainer looking to partner on future training initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver QBS Safety-Care training in accordance with QBS standards.
- Provide hands-on instruction in crisis prevention, de-escalation, and physical safety techniques.
- Assess participant competency and ensure training requirements are met.
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and safe learning environment.
- Complete any required training documentation and attendance records.
Qualifications
- Current QBS Safety-Care Trainer Certification (required).
- Previous experience conducting QBS Safety-Care training.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel within Hawaii, if needed.
- Experience training healthcare, education, behavioral health, or human services professionals is preferred.
