Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager
· A Restaurant General Manager proactively manage operations including inventory, food and beverage management, labor, and security, as well as ensuring brand standards/policies & procedures are followed
· A Restaurant General Manager deliver superior guest services and ensure customer satisfaction
· Restaurant General Manager prepares reports for staff, food control, and sales
· Restaurant General Managers create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development
Requirements of the Restaurant General Manager
· 3 years or more Restaurant General Management Experience
· Our Restaurant General Managers have basic knowledge of HR responsibilities such as hiring, training and termination of employees
· A restaurant manager must maintain the highest food quality and cleanliness standards
· Our Restaurant General Managers have a hands-on management style
· Restaurant General Manager’s need to be passionate about the hospitality industry
· Restaurant General Managers should have a great Customer Focus
· Restaurant General Manager have good Food Production Skills
· Our Restaurant General Managers have a Current driver’s license
