Job Overview
We’re looking for friendly and energetic Part-time or Full-time Servers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing top-notch service to ensure our guests have memorable dining experiences. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha or Micros, and process transactions efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, including handling beverage service such as cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing and sanitation duties.
- Assist with food handling and preparation when needed to support kitchen staff during busy hours.
- Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions about menu items, specials, or dietary needs.
Skills
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Previous food service or restaurant experience, especially in fine dining or sushi establishments.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques.
