We are hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our growing team!
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build experience in face-to-face sales, customer engagement, and event-based outreach in the San Diego area. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you’ll work directly with customers at local events, retailers, and community outreach locations, helping them learn about available wireless products and services and guiding them through the enrollment process.

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Sales Associate
- Speak with customers face-to-face at local events and community outreach locations
- Introduce available wireless products and services in a clear and engaging way
- Answer customer questions and provide helpful support throughout the enrollment process
- Help customers understand available service options and mobile device offerings
- Create a welcoming and positive customer experience during every interaction
- Assist with event setup, customer flow, and daily outreach activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
- Work closely with team members and leadership to support daily goals and event success
A successful Entry Level Sales Associate will be comfortable working in a public-facing role and able to build strong customer connections through professional, in-person communication.

- Someone who is observant, attentive, and comfortable engaging with new people
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or event experience is a plus, but not required
We provide training and ongoing support to help every Entry Level Sales Associate build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and grow within the role.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
