Order Processing Specialist (Seasonal)
Join Overland’s talented team to help process orders during the busiest retail months. Selected candidates will:
- Perform order quality checks and resolve any outstanding issues (e.g. problems with payment or address)
- Help process exchanges and returns
- Answer emailed inquiries
- Assist in other administrative tasks
A positive attitude, attention to detail, superior follow-through, supportive team interaction, and professional communication style are a must to join this elite team.
This is a seasonal (summer – January) position in-person at Overland’s headquarters in Fairfield, IA.
Overland’s Customer Service is open 7 days a week from 7am – 9pm, so various shift options are available.
Availability requirements: 30+ hours a week minimum and a weekly shift on either Saturday or Sunday through the season.
Starting hourly rate of $22 per hour, plus end of season bonus.
Shifts are available 7 days a week ranging from 7am – 9pm, so multiple scheduling options are possible.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
