Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays).
- Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
- Assist with patient management during dental procedures.
- Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
- Record patient medical and dental histories and vital signs.
- Perform various office tasks as necessary, such as scheduling appointments, billing, and maintaining patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care.
- Qualifications:
- Must have a current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
- CPR certification
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 per hour
