Xclusive Roofing & Solar is growing and looking for motivated Sales Team Members to join our team.
We are a locally owned Kansas City company specializing in residential and insurance restoration roofing projects. We are looking for individuals who are driven, comfortable talking with homeowners, and ready to build a long-term career—not just another sales job.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in:
- Roofing sales
- Roof inspections
- Insurance claims / storm restoration
- Exterior construction sales
- Customer service and relationship building
You will be responsible for generating opportunities, completing inspections, educating homeowners, managing your pipeline, and helping projects move from signed contract through production.
Responsibilities
✔ Generate and manage leads
✔ Perform roof and exterior inspections
✔ Meet with homeowners and explain findings
✔ Assist with insurance claim processes when applicable
✔ Build and maintain customer relationships
✔ Coordinate with office staff and production teams
✔ Follow company systems and documentation processes
✔ Track jobs through completion
Qualifications
- Roofing or construction sales experience preferred
- Storm restoration experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Some evenings/weekends as needed
Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
