Job Overview

SALES LEAD! Allstate Agents - Full Time, HYBRID Position. Our Allstate agency is seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast-paced sales department. As a Sales Lead - Licensed Sales Professional, you will work with a dynamic team that shares your desire to be the best while promoting your growth and career. Incentives, Bonuses, and Commissions offered!

This is a SALES LEAD position and individual must have experience with ALLSTATE and must have your P&C License along with LIFE. This is a HYBRID position, and individual must be able to work successfully Remotely and In Office.

Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Requirements

Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Professional Phone etiquette and strong communication skills - both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
Develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
