Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in facility ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and break areas, ensuring supplies are stocked and facilities are sanitary.
- Support commercial cleaning efforts by ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Serve as a porter by transporting materials or supplies as required throughout the facility.
- Participate in facilities maintenance tasks to uphold the integrity of the building structure and equipment.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning duties effectively while following safety guidelines.
