The opportunity
Develop analysis reports involving various supply chain related issues. Analyze equipment and capacity requirements to support production plan. Align the operating plan with the output from o9 and other planning systems.
The role
- Analyze production needs according to sales forecasts, inventory levels, and manufacturing capacity
- Adjust the operating plan for textile and sewing volumes to align to production needs
- Update multiple reports on a regular basis. Ex. MFG adherence to OP report, PSI report, etc.
- Compare o9 system with Access database; update information and compare production volumes
- Communicate with the various production, sales and manufacturing teams
- Assist with research, reports, and other needs for members of the department
- Generate any other report or analysis to support business needs
- Make recommendations on actions to be taken based on analysis results for various OP related issues.
The requirements
Education Required:
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree or 5-8 years' relevant work experience.
Skills Required:
- Fluent in English; French and Spanish an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
