Position Summary
The Clinical Manager provides leadership, oversight, and support to the clinical team to ensure the delivery of exceptional hospice care.
This role partners closely with nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, chaplains, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to support quality patient care, clinical coordination, compliance, and operational excellence.
Unlike many organizations where managers work in isolation, you’ll be part of a collaborative Clinical Leadership Team that shares ideas, supports one another, and works together to solve challenges. We believe leadership is strongest when it is a team effort.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide leadership and support to members of the interdisciplinary team
· Mentor, coach, and develop clinical staff
· Assist with patient care coordination and clinical decision-making
· Monitor quality of care and regulatory compliance
· Conduct clinical audits and documentation reviews
· Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development
· Support performance management and accountability initiatives
· Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and community providers
· Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion
· Support organizational goals and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
· Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
· Hospice, home health, or related healthcare leadership experience required
· Strong leadership and team-building abilities
· Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
· Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
· Knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards required
· Ability to prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple responsibilities
· Passion for developing people and supporting clinical excellence

Pay: $86,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
