This is an IT Support Technician II doing level 1 (phones support) and Level II (desktop support) in our Centra State Medical Center. Will also support ancillary teams offsite.
The days/shifts are: Saturday 8:00pm -8:00am, Wed - Friday 11:30pm - 8:00am
- Ability to lift up to sixty pounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Manage help desk calls and hands on repairs of software and hardware
- Provide status reports to the PC Support Manager.
- Provide written documentation for software installations to include directions for other specialists.
- Provide timely resolution to all assigned calls and or tasks.
- Act as an ambassador of the department dealing with all of our customers in a professional manner.
- Approves and allocates service recovery where applicable
- Ability to resolve all PC related issues through acquired knowledge or guidance from a vendor resource.
- Interact with the CSC to assure timely closure to all assigned tasks.
