Wellness Studio Host – Front Desk & Membership Sales
ROLLHOUSE. | Los Angeles, CA
Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
$21–$23 per hour, depending on experience, plus sales commission
About ROLLHOUSE.
ROLLHOUSE. is a new lymphatic body rolling studio opening in Los Angeles in early October. Our 50-minute, self-guided rolling sessions are designed to help guests feel lighter, less swollen, and more like themselves again—all within a warm, beautifully designed, hospitality-driven environment.
We’re looking for a personable and reliable Studio Host to join our founding team. This is more than a traditional front-desk role. You’ll help shape the ROLLHOUSE. guest experience, guide first-time visitors, build relationships, sell memberships and packages, and help keep the studio running smoothly.
Paid training and opening preparation will begin in late September.
What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Warmly welcome and check in guests
- Give new guests studio tours and explain how lymphatic body rolling works
- Guide first-time guests through the equipment and session process
- Create a comfortable, attentive experience from arrival through departure
- Learn guest preferences and build genuine relationships with returning clients
- Answer questions in person, by phone, and through studio communications
- Handle guest concerns calmly and know when to involve the owner
Membership & Package Sales
- Confidently explain ROLLHOUSE. memberships, packages, private suites, and introductory offers
- Help guests select the option that best fits their needs
- Convert interested guests and introductory clients into memberships or packages without using a pushy sales approach
- Follow up with prospective guests and leads
- Process purchases and maintain accurate client information
- Work toward individual and studio sales goals
Front Desk & Studio Operations
- Manage bookings, check-ins, client accounts, and payments through our booking system
- Help test and learn studio systems before opening
- Prepare and reset rolling stations between sessions
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio, lounge, private suites, front desk, and guest areas
- Monitor session timing and maintain a smooth flow throughout the studio
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Restock supplies and communicate operational needs
- Support occasional ROLLHOUSE. events and community activations
Private Events & Community
- Help prepare the studio for occasional private events, brand activations, and ROLLHOUSE. gatherings
- Assist with event setup, guest arrival, studio flow, hospitality, and post-event cleanup
- Explain the ROLLHOUSE. experience to event guests and help create a polished, welcoming atmosphere
- Respond to private-event inquiries and assist with follow-up when assigned
- Identify potential private-event opportunities and help convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
- Be available for occasional evening or weekend events with advance notice
You May Be a Great Fit If You Are
- Naturally warm, outgoing, and comfortable starting conversations
- Experienced in hospitality, boutique fitness, wellness, beauty, retail, or membership-based sales
- Confident discussing pricing and asking for the sale
- Service-oriented without being overly formal or scripted
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable learning booking, point-of-sale, and client-management systems
- Genuinely interested in wellness and excited to learn about lymphatic body rolling
- Able to maintain a polished, professional presence that reflects the ROLLHOUSE. brand
- Willing to help with light cleaning and the physical resetting of studio equipment
Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person position averaging 15–20 hours per week. Flexible availability is important, including a combination of weekday mornings or afternoons, weekends, and occasional evening events. Private events will generally be scheduled in advance and may provide additional hours outside the employee’s regular studio schedule. Initial hours may evolve as the studio grows.
Compensation & Perks
- $21–$23 per hour, depending on relevant experience
- Commission on eligible membership and package sales
- $30 per hour for scheduled after-hours private-event shifts
- Additional booking bonus for eligible private events personally sourced and closed
- Paid training
- Complimentary ROLLHOUSE. sessions and discounted guest sessions
- Flexible part-time scheduling
- Opportunity to grow into a Studio Lead position as the business expands
ROLLHOUSE. is building a thoughtful, welcoming environment where hospitality matters just as much as the service itself. We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape a new wellness concept from the beginning—not simply work behind a front desk.
