Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime available when workflow permits)
Position Overview
TM Design of Rochester is seeking an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role operating manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses in a fast-paced production environment.
We are a small, team-focused company with over 30 years in the t-shirt printing industry, offering long-term growth opportunities for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manual and/or automatic screen-printing presses
- Produce high-quality garment prints with attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Requirements
- Prior experience in garment screen printing required (manual or automatic press)
- Reliable with consistent attendance (40 hours/week minimum)
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
