Duties
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks
- Support rebar installation, concrete forming, and concrete finishing activities
- Help with masonry work, tile laying, stucco application, and plastering projects
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist tradespeople accordingly
- Perform demolition, renovation, restoration, and framing work as needed
- Support heavy equipment operation and concrete pumping tasks under supervision
- Conduct site clean-up, organize materials, and prepare work areas for ongoing construction activities
Qualifications
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work in physically demanding environments
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety protocols on construction sites
- Experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing is a plus
- Skills in masonry, roofing, carpentry (including trim carpentry), flooring installation, tile laying, or caulking are desirable
- Valid driver’s license with commercial driving experience preferred for site transportation needs
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards

Pay: $24.91 - $30.00 per hour
