Peake Offroad – Williamson, NY
Peake Offroad is looking for a motivated powersports and outdoor enthusiast to join our sales team.
This position will sell across our entire lineup, including motorcycles, scooters, ATVs, side-by-sides, tractors, golf carts and Roxors, with a primary focus on growing our SxS, ATV and tractor business.
We aren't necessarily looking for someone with dealership experience. We want someone who understands the off-road lifestyle, enjoys talking about the products and is hungry to build a customer base. We can teach the dealership side of the business.
Responsibilities
- Sell across all Peake Offroad product lines.
- Take primary ownership of SxS, ATV and tractor sales growth.
- Become an expert on our Kawasaki, CFMOTO and Mahindra off-road products.
- Help customers select the right machine, accessories, attachments and implements.
- Follow up aggressively with internet, phone and showroom leads.
- Prospect for new customers rather than relying solely on floor traffic.
- Build relationships with farmers, contractors, landscapers, hunters, property owners and recreational riders.
- Create walk-around videos and assist with social media and online inventory promotion.
- Maintain relationships with previous customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Work with management to move aging inventory and increase off-road market share.
- Assist customers with motorcycles, scooters, golf carts and other product lines when needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Genuine enthusiasm for ATVs, SxS, tractors and outdoor equipment.
- Competitive, outgoing and motivated by sales goals.
- Comfortable making calls, following up and asking for the sale.
- Willing to learn our entire product lineup.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Powersports or dealership experience is not required.
The goal is simple: sell everything, but become our go-to person for SxS, ATV and tractor customers and help us aggressively grow.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
