Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to support our facility operations for the Amazon project. This is a junior-level leadership role, ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in logistics and operations management.
The Supervisor will oversee daily workflow, ensure productivity targets are met, and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the facility
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of associates to meet performance goals
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and quality metrics in alignment with Amazon standards
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to team members
- Maintain clear communication with management and cross-functional teams
- Prepare reports and track key operational KPIs
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) required
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations (leadership experience preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or shifts as needed
