Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Bartender! Create great drinks, provide excellent customer service, and help create a fun experience for our guests. If you’re friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality, we’d love to have you on our team.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Utilize Close POS system process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages in compliance with food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tools, glassware, and workstations while adhering to food handling safety protocols.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
- knowledge of POS systems experience with cashiering and processing cash transactions is required.
- Experience in mixing drinks, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage recipe development.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing orders efficiently.
- Familiarity with RBS license, food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for accurate measurement and billing.
- Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours using strong time management skills.
- Hospitality industry experience with a focus on food service, previous bartending or hospitality industry experience is advantageous.
