Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Reports To: Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing,
and maintaining production equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
This role supports manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance
and responding to equipment failures in a timely and efficient manner.
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic,
and pneumatic troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation using CMMS software.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Complete monthly Kaizen (improvement) activities.
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or assembly plant.
Strong knowledge of PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with Excel and Power Point.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
