Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring.
Portion ingredients and store them appropriately for use by the cooking team.
Handle food safely and in compliance with health and sanitation standards.
- Follow instructions accurately and work quickly under pressure.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of tools and ingredients.
Monitor inventories of ingredients and notify supervisors when restocks are needed.
Support the Line Cooks and Chef by having ingredients ready when service starts.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience.
- Working knowledge of fundamental and intermediate cooking techniques.
- Ability to follow recipes, properly season, finish food items, and plate presentation.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to contribute to smooth and efficient service.
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
