We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team! The Office Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the practice and facilitating strong customer service and patient interaction. These activities include communication with referring practices and patients, staff training and scheduling, quality control, staff meetings, as well as presentation of fees for professional services. This position is also responsible for ensuring efficiency of front and back office operations as well as monitoring, coaching, and training office staff.
Our Office Manager will be responsible for Managing two locations :
Monday /Friday in our Reading office; Tuesday-Thursday in our York office
Occasional (every 4-6 weeks) Saturdays in York as needed
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Manage internal office protocols and procedures to ensure office efficiency.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintains facilities and equipment cleanliness and safety and reports and/or corrects hazards, when necessary, in compliance with all state and federal regulations, including OSHA.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Supervise, coach and train staff as needed.
- Establish schedules and work assignments for team members according to workload, space, and equipment
- Provide administrative support to other departments.

Experience/Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
- 1 year+ of Management Experience, optimally in a clinical setting (preferred).
- Proficiency and knowledge of EMR software and computer programs
- Knowledge of dental insurance (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
