Job Description
Ara Commercial Partners is looking for a motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help generate new business opportunities in commercial real estate. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and comfortable speaking with business owners, property owners, landlords, and potential sellers.
The main responsibility will be making outbound calls, qualifying leads, gathering basic property or business information, and setting appointments for our commercial real estate team.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to property owners, business owners, and prospective clients
- Introduce Ara Commercial Partners and explain our commercial real estate services
- Qualify potential leads and gather key information
- Set appointments for the broker or sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up records
- Follow scripts while also being able to speak naturally and professionally
- Handle objections and continue follow-up with prospects
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals
Pay: $22.00 - $27.30 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
Work Location: In person
