Energy Efficiency Services of Wisconsin is a growing organization specializing in whole-building weatherization, energy-efficiency retrofits, and cold-climate electrification projects for multifamily and residential properties, with current openings in Madison and Milwaukee. POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator is the center of day-to-day field operations, working closely with the Field Services Operations Manager and the Director of Field Services. You issue and review work orders, dispatch crews, coordinate crew needs, and make scheduling adjustments as conditions change across active job sites. This is a high-volume, data-heavy role that demands strong organization, accurate documentation, and clear communication between the office and the field. The right person manages competing priorities efficiently and keeps every project moving on schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Dispatch crews and assign daily work across active job sites
- Issue and update work orders for field teams
- Review work orders for completeness, accuracy, and quality
- Review job site photos for documentation and compliance
- Review daily job site reports and flag issues for follow-up
- Coordinate routing and scheduling across multiple crews and sites
- Serve as the primary communication link between office and field teams
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced coordination, dispatch, or operations role
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities at once without losing accuracy
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, data-heavy environment (photos, routing, scheduling)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling, dispatch, or project-tracking software
- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
- Spanish–English bilingual strongly preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check
