Lovejoy Health Center (Albion, Maine) seeks a full-time Physician (BC/BE in Family Medicine) to provide primary care to patients of all ages. One of 11 practices of HealthReach Community Health Centers, Lovejoy serves 4,000 area residents and visitors each year. Albion is situated among the rolling hills and wide-open fields of Kennebec County in the heart of a farming community. It is located in Central Maine, 13 miles east of Waterville and draws patients from Albion, China, Freedom, Palermo, Thorndike, Troy, Unity, as well as Waterville, Benton, Winslow and other surrounding communities. Our team-based approach to patient care includes integrated behavioral health with colleagues offering on-site counseling and psychiatric medication management services. You will have access to tools to support your work including an organizational membership in an evidence-based clinical decision support resource, access to a virtual platform for curbside consults with specialists, and support with the completion of visit documentation using an artificial intelligence platform.

The salary range for this role is $200,000-$242,000. In addition, employees may be eligible to earn up to $14,000 in incentive compensation based on individual quality performance, and potential bonuses for visit volume and team quality outcomes.
