This role supports all Front of House responsibilities including register, beverage/mocktail prep, salsa station, and dining room cleanliness, following The Tacoverse Standard at every step.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality
- Greet every guest with a sincere smile, eye contact, and enthusiastic attitude—delivering T.A.C.O. Hospitality:
o Take Initiative
o Acknowledge Guests

o Own the Outcome
- Take accurate orders with speed and clarity, suggestively sell featured items and combos.
- Resolve guest concerns immediately and escalate to a manager when needed.
Cash Handling & Register Operations
- Follow Tacoverse cash handling procedures precisely, including:
o Accurate drawer setup and closeout
o Change-counting and guest check validation
o Safe drops and over-ring notifications
- Notify manager of any register discrepancies or equipment issues.
