The Opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative
We’re hiring Outside Sales Representatives who are ready to maximize their earning potential. With pre-scheduled, qualified appointments (no cold calling or door knocking), comprehensive training, and ongoing management support, we set you up for success from day one. Top performers regularly exceed $300K per year.
All Home Improvements Consultant's will be trained on all product lines.
What You’ll Do as an Outside Sales Representative
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations (appointments provided)
- Present solutions that fit their needs while delivering exceptional customer experience
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain organized records
- Represent P.J. Fitzpatrick with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking for in an Outside Sales Representative
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Basic PC proficiency
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Previous in-home sales experience is preferred but not required—if you’re teachable and driven, we’ll train you!
