Do you have a heart for hospice? Pinnacle is seeking a caring and dedicated full-time CNA to join our Hospice team!
The Hospice CNA primary function is to provide hospice and personal care services and activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, checking vitals, medication reminders and ensuring the patients area is a safe and clean environment. The Hospice CNA is to work cooperatively with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team. The CNA is part of the interdisciplinary care team, observing the patient's condition and reporting any changes or concerns with the team. This position works under the direction and supervision of the DON/Administrator.
This is a full-time position in the field. Pay is based on experience.

A minimum of two (2) years of CNA experience required.

One (1) year of Hospice experience preferred.

CNA certification required.

CPR certification required.
