We are a 5-star roofing and restoration company looking to hire experienced roofing sales reps to join our growing sales team.
Due to recent storm damage in the area, we need driven, energetic people who already understand roofing sales, inspections, storm damage, and helping homeowners through the insurance claim process.
We are looking for reps who can hit the ground running, represent the company professionally, and help homeowners move from inspection to approved project.
Responsibilities:
Meet homeowners face-to-face
Offer free roof inspections
Identify and document storm damage
Take photos and videos during inspections
Help homeowners understand the next steps
Follow up with customers
Work claims from inspection through contract
Qualifications:
Previous roofing sales experience required
Reliable transportation
Valid driver’s license
Smartphone
Comfortable talking with homeowners
Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
Insurance restoration experience is a plus
