Duties
- Receive, unload, and process shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas with retail products while maintaining proper merchandising standards
- Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts and stock audits to ensure accuracy
- Assist in packaging and shipping orders, ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and retail spaces to promote safety and efficiency
- Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge and assisting with retail sales when needed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following all safe lifting practices and manual handling protocols
Skills
- Proficiency with RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse operations equipment
- Strong inventory management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, retail math calculations, and transaction processing
- Experience in retail store environments or grocery stores is highly desirable
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely and perform manual handling tasks efficiently
