Essential Job Functions
- Lease apartments and aggressively sell the products and services of the property to which you are assigned.
- Maintain prospect, traffic and leasing data and assist with other computer data entry, as necessary. Assist with monthly closing, as required.
- Deliver residents gifts, inspect units on move-in day to ensure units are ready and assist with planning and hosting of resident functions.
- Follow the property lease renewal program. Maximize resident renewals.
- Participate in company training classes and meetings, as required.
- Special projects or additional duties assigned by supervisor that are essential for the operations of the property.
- Be observant for any problems which could be hazard or potentially dangerous for residents, staff, guests and the public. This includes condition of pool gates, fencing, lighting, trip hazards, etc.
Non-Essential Job Functions
- Transport funds to the bank, as required by supervisor.
- All other duties assigned by your supervisor, not listed as essential functions.
