Master degree required; license eligible preferred. Provide assessment, treatment and educational services for community behavioral health center clients with mental health problems. Conduct individual, family and group therapy; submit timely, complete and accurate documentation of each session including behaviors and progress in treatment; manage and organize an active caseload; arrange for aftercare and discharge planning. Must have strong clinical documentation skills; knowledge of DSM V and coding; knowledge and practice of brief therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensive, therapeutic manner. Computer skills related to electronic health record documentation. Facilitate groups and willing to work with all age groups; including children.
