We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading project teams, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manager overall project execution to ensure construction activities are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
- Provide leadership and direction in project teams.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and resource allocation to support successful project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring progress, identifying potential delays, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate pre-construction activities including project planning, material procurement, submittals, and personnel management.
- Manager project budgets, track costs, review financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve project profitability.
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and other project documents to ensure compliance and successful project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project logs, correspondence, and reports.
- Identify project challenges and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risk and improve project outcomes.
- Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues with internal leadership.
- Represent Carlson McClain professionally with clients, owners, and industry partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field experience preferred, equivalent construction experience considered.
- 5+ years of experience managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling and cost control.
- Experience managing project budgets, vendors and field operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
