Full-Time Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) Opportunity near St Augustine, FLORIDA!
We are currently representing an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a well-established Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced ENT surgeons in a primarily outpatient setting with a strong focus on surgical care, patient management, and continuity of treatment.
Position Highlights

- Monday–Friday schedule
- No weekend responsibilities
- No call requirements
- Clinic and surgical responsibilities with an approximately 50/50 split between outpatient clinic and hospital-based rounding/surgical support
- Strong opportunity to work alongside experienced ENT and Head & Neck surgeons
- Primarily outpatient-focused practice with a balanced clinical and surgical role
Responsibilities Include:
- Surgical first assist in the operating room
- Hospital rounding and inpatient management
- Outpatient clinic evaluations and follow-up care
- Patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Assisting with ENT and Head & Neck surgical procedures
- Supporting care for conditions including:
- Thyroid and parathyroid disorders requiring surgery
- Parotid conditions
- Head and neck surgical oncology
- Skin cancer removal
- General ENT conditions
- Performing office-based procedures including scope-related procedures, incision and drainage, and suturing
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Current Physician Assistant certification (PA-C)
- NCCPA certification required
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Active state PA license preferred; candidates requiring licensure may be considered
- Prior surgical first assist experience strongly preferred
- ENT, Otolaryngology, or Head & Neck Surgery experience preferred
- Candidates with strong General Surgery first-assist experience may also be considered
The ideal candidate will have the surgical confidence and experience to actively participate throughout cases, understand surgical flow, and provide comprehensive perioperative patient care.

Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per hour
