The Assistant Cafe Manager – Coffee Quality Leader is the driving force behind the coffee program inside your café.
You are responsible for protecting the standards in every drink. From espresso calibration and recipe consistency to coaching baristas and introducing new coffees, you ensure our coffee program is executed with precision every day.
Working alongside the Cafe Manager and our Coffee Direction team, you transform our coffee our quality vision into daily habits, and help your team continuously grow in confidence and consistency.

You are calm under pressure, naturally curious about coffee, and committed to helping every member of your team become a better coffee professional.
Above all, you care deeply about creating memorable coffee experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.
Our Focus:
Our operations are guided by three core principles:
OCV (Overall Café Visuals)
