Fulfillment Coordinator

Roam Homegrown is a fast-growing wholesale candle manufacturer specializing in custom private-label candles and printed packaging for premium brands across the country. We produce thousands of units per week and pride ourselves on exceptional product quality, efficient fulfillment, and attention to detail.
We are seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in executing orders accurately and efficiently. This role sits at the center of operations and works closely with production, printing, and sales to ensure orders move through the facility smoothly and ship correctly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys organization, problem solving, and keeping a team moving at the right pace.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment Management
- Oversee daily fulfillment operations for wholesale and custom orders
- Plan and prioritize order flow based on ship dates and production timelines
- Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong attention to detail to prevent fulfillment errors
Production Coordination
- Assist in planning candle production priorities alongside operations leadership
- Coordinate fulfillment timing with production schedules to ensure readiness
- Communicate order status clearly across the team
Print Coordination
- Manage and coordinate printing of labels, vessels, packaging, and inserts
- Prepare print queues and ensure print jobs are completed on schedule
- Verify print accuracy and alignment before items move into production
Inventory & Organization
- Track inventory levels for packaging, labels, and fulfillment materials
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report shortages
- Maintain organized storage systems to support fast and accurate fulfillment
Quality Assurance
- Inspect finished goods prior to shipping to ensure quality standards are met
- Verify order accuracy (SKUs, labels, packaging, quantities)
- Catch issues early before orders leave the facility
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 3+ years in fulfillment, warehouse operations, manufacturing, or logistics
- Experience managing complex orders or custom production environments preferred
- Experience with shipping systems or order management software a plus
