Kitchen Staff – Part-Time | 3 PM–11 PM
Job Overview
Miller Resident Care is looking for a dependable and caring individual to join our team as a part-time Kitchen Staff member. We are looking for someone who can prepare meals, maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, and most importantly, treat our residents with kindness and respect.
This is a great position for someone looking for part-time work with a flexible schedule. No certifications are required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for residents according to the scheduled menu
- Set dining tables before meals
- Serve meals and beverages
- Prepare tea for residents
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean kitchen
- Clear and clean tables after meals
- Sweep and mop kitchen and dining areas
- Take out trash
- Complete general cleaning duties during the shift
- Work cooperatively with other staff
- Be friendly, patient, respectful, and kind to residents
Schedule
- 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Approximately 16–24 hours per week
- Rotating schedule, including some weekends
- Flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- No certifications required
- Kitchen or cooking experience is helpful but not required
- Dependable and reliable
- Able to maintain a clean and organized work area
- Able to work well with coworkers
- Comfortable interacting with residents
- A caring and positive attitude toward residents is important

Pay: $15.00 per hour
