Job description:
We are seeking a professional, personable, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our personal injury law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a courteous demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced legal environment. Must be bilingual!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's professional standards
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably in a legal or professional services setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and common office equipment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
