We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and intervene as necessary to prevent overconsumption or disturbances
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, catering, or banquet setting is preferred
- Knowledge of brewing techniques and different types of alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Understanding of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
