Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards.
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, development, and performance management.
- Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing needs, and ensure smooth team management during busy hours.
- Oversee inventory control, food safety procedures, and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure an outstanding dining experience.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Assist with food production, kitchen management, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to manage shift schedules, control inventory, and handle cash accurately.
- Previous experience in casual dining, quick service restaurants, or fine dining environments is advantageous. Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
