Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team at ThrIVwell! In this role, you will deliver expert skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and boost their confidence. As a key member of our team, you will educate clients on skincare routines, recommend personalized treatments, and promote retail products to support their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures with precision and care.
- Deliver spa services such as body waxing, facial waxing, and makeup application to meet client needs and preferences.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results.
- Conduct product demonstrations and recommend retail products tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions thoroughly, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting aesthetic treatments and retail products to meet individual client goals while contributing to the overall success of the team.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures.
- Proficiency in providing spa services such as waxing (body waxing), makeup application, and other esthetic treatments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their aesthetic needs.
- Experience in retail sales techniques including product demos and upselling skincare products.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment.
- Ability to perform cosmetology duties with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills that foster trust and loyalty among clients.
