Assistant Service Manager - Express Maintenance

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing Express Maintenance team.
This position will support our two Maintenance Assistant Service Managers and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn the service management side of the automotive business. It serves as a strong stepping stone for individuals who aspire to become an Assistant Service Manager in the future.
As an Assistant Service Manager, you will work closely with our Service Managers and technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience while helping ensure the efficient operation of our Express Maintenance department.
Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with service needs and maintenance recommendations
- Help schedule appointments and manage workflow
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status and service updates
- Work closely with technicians and management to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Assist in creating a positive and efficient service experience
- Support the daily operations of the Express Maintenance department
- Learn the responsibilities and processes of service management through hands-on experience
