Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about resort amenities, events, and activities
- Manage guest inquiries both in person and via phone, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions
- Assist with event management tasks such as registration, crowd control, and coordinating guest flow during shows or activities
- Handle cash transactions accurately for food service, merchandise sales, or ticketing purposes
- Support conflict management by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain safety standards by applying lifeguard skills when overseeing pool areas or water attractions
- Facilitate working with children during recreational activities or entertainment programs to ensure a fun and safe environment
- Deliver engaging public speaking when presenting event announcements or guiding tours around the resort
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality roles within resort or entertainment settings
- Strong background in events management and conflict management to handle diverse situations confidently
- Ability to perform cash handling accurately and responsibly in fast-paced environments
- Lifeguard certification or experience is highly preferred for supervising aquatic areas safely
- Experience working with children during recreational programs or entertainment activities is a plus
- Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and guest interactions
- Knowledge of food service operations and hospitality standards to support dining experiences effectively
- Previous experience in theater or event production is advantageous for supporting performances and shows
