- Faith Integration: Model a personal lifestyle that sets a biblically grounded example for students and faculty.
- Discipleship: Provide spiritual mentorship, and guidance to students regarding personal and social issues.
- Conflict Resolution: Apply the biblical principles when navigating conflicts with parents, students, and colleagues.
Student Culture & Discipline
- Restorative Discipline: Implement the student code of conduct using a restorative, redemptive discipline process that promotes accountability. Works as a behavior interventionist.
- Policy Enforcement: Oversee dress code, attendance, and general campus safety, aligning enforcement with the school’s core values.
- Event Oversight: Supervise student activities, student government, and extracurricular events (including evening and weekend functions).
Administrative & Collaborative Duties
- Family Partnerships: Build strong, communicative relationships with parents to ensure alignment between home and school values.
