The company operates through third-party warehouse locations in the Midwest and supplies pigments to major industries including paints, printing inks, coatings, and plastic masterbatch manufacturers.
Milana Colors imports a wide range of pigments from India, China, and other global sources and is expanding its presence in the North American market.
Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team on a part-time, work-from-home basis within the USA.
Our current senior sales professional, who has over 40 years of experience in the pigment industry, will be retiring at the end of this year. The selected candidate will receive direct training, product knowledge, customer understanding, and market exposure under his guidance during the transition period.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the paints, inks, coatings, and plastics industries
- Support sales and business development activities across the USA market
- Follow up with existing customers and help generate new business opportunities
- Coordinate with management regarding customer requirements and market feedback
- Learn technical and commercial aspects of pigment products
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Aggressive and self-motivated personality
- Confidence and conviction power to present and promote products
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Sales or chemical industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Freshers, interns, or candidates looking for long-term growth opportunities are also welcome
