We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the link between our customers and internal teams. If you have a background in manufacturing and customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and database systems
- Process orders received electronically, by fax, or mail
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Shipping, and Quality teams to meet delivery schedules
- Handle invoicing, billing, credit/debit memos, and billing issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of customer service experience within a manufacturing or production environment required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with MRP systems a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
