We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing to help oversee all nursing operations of the facility and create a collaborative workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. An Assistant Director of Nursing should have once been a hard-working and compassionate charge nurse who steadily developed managerial and administrative skills. Being an efficient, dedicated problem-solver will open our door for you. Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities
- Help the nursing department meet objectives and long-term goals
- Ability to lead and train direct care staff
- Organize and coordinate nursing and patient care procedures
- Resolve issues and deficiencies when needed
- Manage record-keeping procedures
- Collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations
- Have or be willing to obtain Infection Preventionist certification
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Skills
