Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their cases.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and responding to questions.
- Manage and organize case files, medical records, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties.
- Track case deadlines and ensure all required documentation is received and processed timely.
- Assist with gathering evidence, preparing demand packages, and supporting case development.
- Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, and other case-related meetings.
- Maintain accurate case notes within the firm's case management system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal in a law firm preferred.
- Personal injury law experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
