A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced structural engineering leader to manage complex projects and strengthen client partnerships. This role combines technical delivery, business development, and team leadership within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
- Lead the pursuit, planning, and delivery of complex structural or infrastructure projects
- Develop proposals, including scope, schedule, and budget, and support project acquisition efforts
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
- Oversee technical design, analysis, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Mentor and train junior engineers in design practices, documentation, and technical reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple projects
- Support construction-phase activities, including site visits, technical reviews, and issue resolution
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and key metrics to ensure successful delivery
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related engineering field
- 10–12+ years of experience in structural design and project management
- Professional engineering licensure or equivalent certification
- Strong experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
- Advanced degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with structural analysis tools and design software
- Knowledge of modern design standards and safety practices
- Experience supporting construction or field operations
