MUST HAVE TRACH & VENT AND GTUBE EXPERIENCE
Green Medical Consulting is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex individual in the home.
This position is ideal for an RN who enjoys building meaningful relationships while providing high-quality, individualized care.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Consistent daytime hours
Registered Nurse Responsibilities
- Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the client's home
- Perform tracheostomy care and airway management
- Monitor and manage mechanical ventilator
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform G-tube feedings, medication administration, and tube care
- Complete respiratory assessments and suctioning as needed
- Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with the client's family and healthcare team
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Follow physician orders, care plans, and agency policies
- Respond calmly and effectively during medical emergencies
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- REQUIRED: Previous experience with ventilators (Vent), tracheostomy (Trach), and G-tube care
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a home care setting
- Reliable transportation
