Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the spa
- Provide information about available services and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Assist guests with changing into robes and slippers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms
- Stock supplies such as towels, robes, and toiletries
- Ensure that all equipment is in proper working order
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation throughout the spa
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in technology sales is an advantage
